Go with the Flow

From a world characterized by widespread mass/miscommunication and information overload, a state of liminal confusion and beauty and orchestrated chaos takes shape. Within this paradigm, the convergence of imagery, form, color, and fragmented language is purposefully disseminated across various surfaces, giving rise to a distinct visual lexicon.

Embracing an unorthodox and audacious artistic ethos, the exploration of retailism manifests in boldly scaled paintings and sculptures that fluidly traverse the boundaries between abstraction and figuration giving way to  a liminal  confusion and beauty which can be both revelatory and/or banal, like life itself.

Life, an ever-evolving continuum, reveals diverse patterns and forms, some consciously acknowledged, others deliberately disregarded, and still others inadvertently overlooked.

We curate our own reality, meticulously selecting and combining fragments from the intricate tapestry of existence. Within this realm, chaos, order, symmetry, and chance converge, intertwining to expose patterns that may be recognized and embraced or left to fade into obscurity. Life unfolds as a perpetual flux, where elements of existence constantly fluctuate, perpetuating the grand narrative of human existence.

The coexistence of chaos and order exists as an inherent duality, latent patterns awaiting revelation or already engraved within the annals of our personal and collective histories. High and low culture, past and present, virtue and vice, rigidity and pliancy, abstraction and figuration, analog and digital — all intricately woven together, forming a vast and intricate canvas that encompasses our shared reality.

I delve into this ceaseless flux, capturing pivotal moments that arrest the perpetual motion and crystallize these patterns, effectively charting the pulsating rhythm of my existence. In an era characterized by rapidity and constant transformation, our reality emerges as a tapestry of fragments, intricately chopped, layered, hacked, and glitched, reflective of our idiosyncratic interpretation of the world around us. Within this dynamic framework, we all partake in a ‘Pick and Mix' existence, navigating the amalgamation of possibilities and constructing our individual narratives within the vast tapestry we call reality.
